Hand knit baby blanket. I knit this blanket holding 2 strands of yarn together and knitting at the same time. One strand is pure, pearlized white, the other is a pretty mix of blue, light green and white. Because of the pearlized yarn I used, this blanket sparkles when the light hits it and it's quite attractive.
I used twice as much yarn to knit this blanket which makes it twice as warm and cozy.
I used acrylic yarn for it's ease of care. Can be washed on gentle cycle and dried on low setting. Soft and cuddly, but still durable this blanket will last through the toddler years. Generous size, perfect for cuddling up with baby or as a crib blanket. Durable enough to be used on the floor as a "lay and play" mat.
